In the morning, we landed in the stunning Orne Harbour. Here, guests took a brief but steep hike up to the mountain ridges, where they came face to face with a colony of Chinstrap Penguins, and walked next to their ‘Penguin Highway’. In the afternoon, we visited the fascinating and iceberg-laden environs of Cuverville Island. As the day drew to a close, the ship sailed to a secluded bay known as Leith Cove, surrounded by rippling blue glaciers. Here, a group of campers disembarked to spend a peaceful night in the bay, in the company of the glaciers.
