Greenland may have given us a wonderful and gentle goodbye, but the sea was not having any of that! As soon as we left the sheltered waters of southern Greenland, we were hit by rough weather and pretty high waves. It is a day of rolling around, holding on to the ship, and truly testing your sea legs. However, this is all part of being a seafarer, right? At least you can go back home and brag about having crossed one of the more turbulent stretches of water on the planet in true style, perhaps even with grace!
