Guests arrived in Ushuaia and enjoyed time at the 'End of the World' before boarding MS Roald Amundsen in the afternoon. After collecting cabin keys and settling in, their exploration began: the Science Centre, restaurants, gym, and, of course, the slightly confusing quest to locate Deck 7, our wildlife observation deck.

In the evening, the guests attended the mandatory safety briefing, followed by a lively survival suit demonstration, where the Expedition Team looked more like bright red lobsters than polar professionals! Soon after, we sailed into the breathtaking Beagle Channel, marking the true beginning of our Antarctic adventure.
