The morning was spent navigating the thick icebergs surrounding Ilulissat. Once we had departed Ilulissat we ventured northwards through the ice. In the early evening we launched the zodiacs and cruised around the colossal icebergs floating near the village of Oqaatsut. Large tabular icebergs with waterfalls pouring off them sat in the still waters reflecting in the intense Arctic sun.
