What a day in the High Arctic! In the morning, we stepped ashore for our first nature landing of the voyage at Gravnesodden in the stunning Magdalenafjorden. Surrounded by dramatic peaks and glaciers, we explored this historic site with its old whaling remains, under slightly breezy but otherwise pleasant weather. For the brave among us, it was also the moment to take the first polar plunge of the trip—an invigorating experience, to say the least!
