Today, we've arrived at Islay, the proud home of world-famous peaty single malts. However, that's not the only reason to visit Port Ellen. The island is rich with fascinating ancient monoliths and enigmatic settlements waiting to be explored. It's also a wildlife paradise, boasting an array of sea birds, seals, and more. We've had the chance to visit a few distilleries, embark on a hike to the standing stones in the morning and another hike to the lighthouse in the afternoon. Additionally, we joined a beach clean-up party to help preserve the local coastline.
