We have arrived in one of the least visited spots on planet earth, South Georgia. We start off with an amazing zodiac cruise in King Haakon bay. As you get your first waifs of fur seal aroma you look around at the natural splendour surrounding you. This primal landscape was in fact the exact spot where Shackleton would make landfall after a harrowing 16-day boat journey which was propelled by luck, faith, and skill. Luckily our zodiac cruises stay under an hour, and a hot meal awaits us back on the ship. South Georgia is promising to be quite the ride.
