In the morning, we arrived in the stunning Hercules Bay, under a perfectly clear and blue sky. Guests were treated to awe-inspiring panoramic views of the bay and its Macaroni penguin inhabitants as they took part in a small-boat cruising organised by the expedition team. In the afternoon, we paid a visit to the storied abandoned whaling station of Grytviken. Many guests enjoyed guided walks around the abandoned structures, visited the famous post office, and explored the fascinating exhibits of the museum.
