Oh yes, not only do we have the pleasure of doing a true nature landing today, combined with a magnificent cruise, but we are also introduced to some of Greenland’s less exciting inhabitants. Nevertheless, the landing site is spectacular in both a natural and cultural sense. We come face to face with the dead as we ponder our own existence in silence at the edge of the world. The Thule graves are a window into a different world, a different time and a different mindset. What a way to explore a new place.
