Today, we started our day with a 30-minute long stretch session and later arrived in Ireland's Ancient East and its oldest city, Waterford. Rich with ancient artifacts, elegant architecture, and delicious local cuisine, Waterford captivated us. It was a bit of a relaxed day in the town, but once we came back on board, we learned about the warrior woman of Scilly, the hidden shieldmaiden of the Isles from our historian.
