Today our guests arrived in Ushuaia, the gateway to Antarctica, and embarked MS Roald Amundsen, their home for the next three weeks. After the safety drill, settling in on the ship, and enjoying a lovely first dinner on board, we set sail to the south. Just after leaving Ushuaia, our journey started with a sighting of a breaching humpback whale.
