Today, we spent the day at sea. In the morning, the Expedition Team hosted the lecture 'The Antarctic Nesting Birds', which explored the inhabitants of the frozen continent. Later, 'Southern Ocean Distance Sampling' gave our guests insight into the scientific work done by the researchers on board. In the afternoon, the Expedition Team hosted the lecture 'History of Antarctica', where our guests learned more about the history of Antarctic discovery and its unique political status. Surrounded by endless waves, these sessions enriched our guests' understanding of both history and nature.
