The afternoon saw us hit our furthest south point of 65° 10.6' S 64° 07.6' W. We landed at Petermann Island and watched the flurry of activity found in a gentoo penguin colony. Mixed into the colony was the smaller Adélie penguin, sitting on eggs, walking along their highways and stealing stones from other nests. The day ended with another scenic sail up through the Lemaire Channel.
