We embarked the Fridtjof Nansen in Greenland’s lively capital, Nuuk, excited to begin our journey through the legendary Northwest Passage. After checking in and settling into our cabins, we joined the Expedition Leader and Hotel Manager for an introduction to the voyage ahead. We then completed the mandatory safety drill, ensuring everyone was familiar with onboard procedures. As the lines were cast off, we sailed out of Nuuk with a sense of adventure and the Arctic ahead of us.
