As we ventured even further north we arrived at Etah in the Foulke fjord. The morning started with zodiac cruising and searching for wildlife. Etah was abandoned in the 1980s but has a rich history. Polar expeditions launched from here and this is the location that many Inuit groups arrived to Greenland, travelling across the sea ice linking Canada to Greenland. During the cruising there were sightings of seals, muskox, arctic hare and thousands of little auks.
