We woke up to a perfect Greenlandic morning in front of Syd Kap — clear skies, calm seas, and the sunlight bathing the rugged peaks around us. After anchoring, we went ashore for a wide, free-roaming landing that offered sweeping views over the Scoresbysund. The landscape felt vast and open, inviting us to wander at our own pace and take it all in.
As we explored, the morning brought us the unforgettable sight of musk oxen grazing in the distance, their dark silhouettes standing out against the warm tones of the tundra. With no rush and no wind, it was the perfect setting to pause, breathe, and truly soak in the majesty of East Greenland.
