A short overnight sail landed us back on the Alaskan mainland to Katmai National Park and it was a double operations day! The morning was spent in Geographic Harbour, cruising around the islands and coastlines, taking in the glassy waters and marvelling at the eagles, bears, sea otters and other wildlife that call this area home. In the afternoon we cruised in Kinak bay, admiring the ash covered mountain range and rocky coastlines. After a scenic cruise back into Geographic harbour, we were on our way to our next destination as guests settled in for the night.
