Today we arrived in Qeqertarsuaq, the main settlement on Disko Island. Known for its dramatic volcanic landscapes and stunning natural beauty, the town greeted us with colourful houses nestled beneath rugged mountains. Guests joined guided walks through the town and surrounding lava fields, accompanied by a local expert who shared fascinating insights into the island’s geology and history.
