Today, the weather changed our plans, and due to a storm, the authorities in Port Stanley did not allow us to come alongside. This is expedition life, and it can happen sometimes. The Expedition Team quickly prepared an alternative onboard program for us, including Wildlife Watch, the Knitting Corner, History & Art Walks, and a session on the history of Falkland plants - just a few of the options. We left the Stanley area and started heading for South Georgia, our next destination on this voyage.
