After long journeys from all points of the globe, we assembled in Buenos Aires for the final flight to Ushuaia and joining our home for the next 10 days. A sense of thrill and excitement rippled through the charter flight as we caught our first glimpses of the Beagle Channel and our ship, Fridtjof Nansen, tied to the pier awaiting our arrival.
