We arrived at Damoy Point in the afternoon after a stunning journey through the scenic Neumayer Channel. It was finally time to set foot on the icy expanse of Antarctica! The afternoon was packed with exciting activities, including both a landing and a zodiac cruise.

At Damoy, the Gentoo penguins were hard at work incubating their eggs, providing a charming glimpse into their daily lives. Many of our guests embraced the adventure and embarked on a snowshoe hike up to the historic old airstrip, adding an extra layer of excitement to an already unforgettable day.
