The historic Norwegian station, Myggbukta, was a key base for hunters and trappers in the early 1900s. Norway also operated a meteorological and radio station here during that time. Today, it serves as a tranquil landing site within the North East Greenland National Park. As we explored the tundra, we spotted small lemmings scurrying about, with the first signs of frost signaling the arrival of the colder season.
