In the morning, we planned to go ashore at Pasley Bay, but a polar bear was spotted in the area and the Expedition Team had to come back on board. Laura, our environmental scientist, gave us a lecture about Sea Ice. We learned from Benjamin about Amundsen's Gjøa Expedition, which was the first time a vessel made it all the way through the Northwest Passage. We also heard from the Cultural Ambassadors about what Roald Amundsen learned from the Inuit. The day ended with the Crew Band of MS Fram giving us a great show!
