Starting with a fascinating morning visit to Carti Sugtupu. This tiny island is a village for the Kuna people who live very much in a traditional manner. Surviving on fishing and now today, sensitively managed tourism, it was a pleasure to see such an unspoiled place at close quarters. In the afternoon, we travelled to one of the Cayos Holandeses where we had great fun variously swimming, bathing and kayaking. In the evening after dinner, despite the sea getting a little rough, we enjoyed a warm welcome from Captain Jon, his crew and the Expedition Team.
