The overnight campers were picked up from their beautiful campsite at Kerr Point (Ronge Island) in the early morning. While sailing along with a wonderful sunrise and mirror-like waters, icebergs were passing by as well as wildlife (many birds, seals, humpback whales and many penguins jumping through the water). Sailing through Pampa Passage (in between Lecointe / Kaiser Island and Brabant Island) we then arrived at Spert Island. A breathtaking cruising and kayaking took us out through narrow rocks rising steeply out of the water, accompanied by icebergs, fur seals and rock arches, one of the highlights certainly being cruising through a rock tunnel with water shimmering in the most beautiful shades of blue.
