We are officially back in Chile, both a blessing after the rough sea days, but also a reminder of the adventure of a lifetime coming to an end. The morning shows us the Nation Glaciers gliding by the window, offering a small piece of Europe at the end of the world. Slowly but surely we pack our bags and start worrying about the flight times and the queuing. In the evening we are almost moved to tears by the amazing slideshow created by our on-board media team, Kevin and Yuri, which so elegantly captures the natural wonders we have seen up close. Then, the evening falls and we must all retreat to our cabins. Tired and overwhelmed, perhaps we need a vacation when we come back… However, we as expedition team know best that in the end the desire for another expedition is born as soon as you step of the ship.
